Small town hotel. Everything is as expected. There is an Italian restaurant next to it, which is better than their own restaurant.

We chose this hotel for its location halfway between relatives and Galway city. It is a fine hotel; clean and safe, but that is about it. The restaurant was good.

Nice hotel conveniently placed midway between Galway and Tuam (where we had to visit family). Rooms are nice and big and clean. Good size car park. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good, good selection including Gluten Free- looks as tho locals come in for it as well. Bar/Restaurant is nice and relaxing. Would recommend.

The reception staff were helpful. The staff including the waiter in the restaurant were very friendly. However, I had requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel but found out by 10 pm that we were just above where a band was playing. This was dispappointing as the music continued until midnight and we had an early start (7am)

Beautiful hotel and the service was perfect. We had our breakfast included which was very nice. Our room was cleaned every day and the room was spacious and bright. I find this helps so much rather than a small dark room. The restaurant was nice and the food was better. We stayed here before also.

Very good location. Room was decen and clean excrfor towels with had yellow and brown stains on one. Breakfast was awful and should be avoided, the roots cafe next door would be a better bet and not a waste of money . I would stay here again but form room only, it has a nice gym and swimming pool also. But don't eat at adjoining restaurant Bia & Co
