It's ok if you just need a room to sleep. The room is old but not too bad with the price, and I was impressed with no parking fee. Only about 5 mins drive to Victoria park very convenient and 10 mins to Northridge. By the way we are family of 5 and the room is big enough for us. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room. We rented a car during our stay in Perth, so it does not bother us that the hotel is a distance away from the city area. Furthermore, the parking here is free compared to hotel in the city which charges for parking. The room comes with balcony and great view of the city landscape.

The location is average, situated near Crown ******. There is a nearby café where you can enjoy nice bagels and coffee.
However, the room and bathroom are quite dated. The bathroom facilities are not suitable for families with small children, as there is only a wall-mounted shower head and no hand shower for bathing kids. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. The room was also quite dusty, which was disappointing. The picture was not securely hung on the wall.
Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear conversations from outside the room. There is also no doorbell for the rooms.

Stayed here overnight whilst husband was in Royal Perth Hospital. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor which faced the main road. Couch needs replacing but other than that room was very clean and comfortable for my needs. Location is great for access to the city centre Crown entertainment precinct. Older property but the cleanliness and fantastic service from the staff made up for it. Room service was excellent and food good.
