Not only did they not have the room we booked and forced us into a one bed, room with pull out couch that was horrendous, when we booked a 2 bed room, the hotel clerk was out vaping when we arrived and blamed everyone else for the mistake. No discount, no making it right, no nothing. Just deal with it...I would expect more, especially since they raised the prices for
this weekend. Last time booking. I am going back to Marriott only properties.

We absolutely loved our room. Everything looked cleaned and was very comfy. Breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Gym was nice as well. Front staff was friendly. Zenia was AMAZING. Wonderful to talk with and so sweet to my son. They shared a sweet moment at checkout.
We will definitely be back!!!

Friendly/fast check in, clean room and bathroom, spacious room, good treadmills, good coffee and breakfast. Fast becoming loyal to Home 2 Suites. All the locations I’ve used thus far are 5/5

Property is 5 years old and shows it. not new, not old and run down. Clean yes, Bed comfortable, yes. Pillows, terrible. Breakfast, lackluster. Out of coffee at 7am, Refused to print a receipt at checkout because booked thru *******. Called for a receipt and they fought me again, finally got a receipt. Would I stay here again, yes.

We stayed a night here while in town for softball games and had a good stay. The hotel is pet friendly which is essential for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a decent breakfast. It is a little awkward to find without gps down an access road but is still 5 minutes away from restaurants and the main road. It is easy to get back into downtown Louisville if your stay takes you there. Our only complaint was the tiny pillows.

Very pet friendly. Gave us treats and bowls. Great breakfast options. Comfortable beds. Great size little kitchen in the room. Pull out couch worked great for our teenagers. Felt safe at this location. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

I just don’t like how i was treated by the receptionist during check in. The manager has been trying to be helpful though.

Our favorite hotel chain! We made a last minute reservation on a weekend and our room was ready when we arrived. We lived the spacious lobby and had great fun playing games! The gym was well-equipped and clean. I wish there was fruit available at breakfast. Also the bed was too hard for my taste and the pillows were lumpy. Still, I will be back!
