Non ci aspettavamo chi sa' cosa..ma le foto ingannano. Arrivati ci presentano subito il saldo la cosa ci sembra di una scortesia unica , il prezzo per camera è esagerato considerando gli arredi tipo ikea ed il bagno con problemi di scarico nella doccia , le pulizie però buone . Gli spazzi in comune buoni con una sala con biliardo e biliardino (anche se non siamo sicuri che appartengono alla gestione dell'hotel) La colazione medio bassa qualità, gli animali sono ben accetti ma un cane di 3kg 20.00€ il gg mi sembra uno sproposito. Lo skiroom se così si può chiamare è di uno squallore indescrivibile. Consiglio questo hotel a chi non è mai stato in altri OPPURE A CHI COME NEL NOSTRO CASO VOLEVA PER FORZA ANDARE A CLAVIERE IN QUELLA DATA ED ERA TUTTO OCCUPATO

Very friendly staff! Nice clean rooms and lovely food. games room with table football and pool is good fun!! amazing stay and enjoyed Claviere We are looking forward to returning and enjoying the hotel again! Would recommend to anyone in Claviere

On the main road in Claviere as you drive down from the ski centre. It's only just in Italy, very close to Montgenevre. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all very nice. Breakfast was typical continental, no problems. It has an underground garage which is €15 extra. There is a small public car park about 80m down the road. Has an excellent restaurant attached to the same building.

tutto orribile… colazione e cena immangiabili: brioche bruciate, yogurt scaduti e piatti sporchi. camere che cadono a pezzi, letti sporchi, doccia che perde acqua… donne delle pulizie maleducate che lasciano stracci in stanza e rompono oggetti. personale che non capisce le richieste dei clienti e serve cibi/bevande non richiesti. non torneremo più, siamo stati trattati davvero male.

Ambiente pulito e caldo. Ottimo e comodo il ristorante annesso. Piccola ma molto gradevole la colazione, con prodotti di qualità.
Stanze un poco rumorose per il legno, unica pecca l assenza di una spazzatura in camera.

The most disappointing hotel in Claviere!! We have visited the village for over 40 years and this was the first time we have stayed in the Passero Pellegrino and will definitely be the last. The food was terrible, we were a larger party so had a specific menu, off the main menu which had poor choices, served cold and we could be waiting for over an hour for starters. The attitude of the staff changed daily, from being slightly helpful to completely dismissive of our feedback. The parking is NOT free and please be careful as pre-booking is required which we were not aware. The rooms are tired and hot water and heating unpredictable, not ideal in winter! The bar area whilst nice, hotel guests were certainly not given any priority over seating areas or service. Generally only one person behind the bar and on average it took 17 minutes to get a served a drink.

Sono stata al Passero Pellegrino per qualche giorno con la mia famiglia durante queste vacanze di Natale. Esperienza che ripeterei presto volentieri. La camera pulita e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, con meravigliosa vista sulle montagne. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione varia e abbondante. Il cocktail bar all'interno dell'hotel serve ottimi aperitivi e il ristorante annesso un menù d'eccellenza. L'intera struttura è stata risistemata con gusto e cura dei dettagli.
