A relatively new hotel with average breakfast and a shower with a hose in the bathroom, which is rare in American hotels.

Check in have no problem with a credit card for use for a deposit on room in case of damage but was charged 166.65 dollars for 2 night stay had to spend over an hour calling next 2 days trying to get the charge taken off my credit card! Manager and staff are poorly trained and when you ask when checking out if it will be taken off always say yes but it isnt! Will not be staying there anymore!

Initial room had problems with toilet. Pool was out of order so unable to swim.
Receptionist switched room, but no compensation for pool issues.

I have been staying here for work every Monday and this week was not good compared to previous weeks. First the pool was temporarily closed and second the guests that were in the room close to me were playing loud music till 2am and I contacted the front desk to report the issue at 1am and they didn’t do anything about it. Will request a room change if I encounter this issue again.

Unable to stay here because of hospitalization, hotel refused to even talk about refund. Wil not use LaQuinta in the future.
