Location was great, room was surprisingly smaller than expected after staying at other Le Meridien locations around the world, but still comfortable.
Service was wonderful. Food and beverage specifically were great throughout the morning and night.

Nice clean room. Mille, the check in service rep, graciously accommodated our request for a corner room. I did think the parking rate was expensive.

Jordan the valet was very helpful getting my bags in and out of my car without me asking. He was also very prompt when I needed my car retrieved. The hotel was nice. I wish I had a full length mirror in my room and I wish my closet had a door, but my stay was overall pleasant.

This hotel is old, tired and offers tiny rooms with bathrooms barely larger than a commercial airline and odors reminiscent of a nursing home or glade gel factory. We ended up having to switch rooms multiple times. They did offer us a credit as a result but that was eaten up by bogus parking charges. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is not up to the standards that they advertise. Tiny rooms with tiny bathroom, odors and short scratchy robes with towels that don’t absorb water. Other than that it was ok.

The room was awesome, very large, spacious, great view, but the lighting in the room and the bathroom is horrible, only lamps in the room, just makes it so dark and you need to have all the lamps on.

Staffs are really friendly, helpful, and prompt. Five star experience from start to end. Ella, who helped us at check in was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. Facilities are sleek and clean as well. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend.

Room was very small and really only suitable for one. Bathroon tiny...no place for put toiletries. Bed very uncomforatble. Too soft. Left with backache.
