Great location and an easy walk to the beach. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nice pool. We appreciated free breakfast, which gets quite busy at certain times, but staff did a fantastic job restocking everything constantly!

Incredible hotel with very attentive staff and service. Great area to visit for a short weekend or extended stay on Clearwater beach. The hotel is super clean, the valet/parking process is simple and the staff is available to help all the time. Very positive hotel with beautiful view of Clearwater beach area. Looking forward to my next trip at the Springhill or Residence Inn.

We had a great time here, everyone is friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean and comfy! Staff goes above and beyond, Areceli, Trish and Chelsea were amazing! Hot breakfast every day, food is delicious and well stocked with coffee and juices!

We chose this hotel for its convenient, walkable location to the beach, marina and pier area. A huge bonus was our balcony looking over the bay. It was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunrise, the boats during the day, and city lights over the water at night. We had a five year old with us and she loved the pool area. The lobby was large and served as our game area on a rainy day, in addition to it being the breakfast area. It was large, but needed to be during spring break. The whole area, including the hotel, was bussing with families this week. But the hotel handled it well. Our room was a small suite on the 6th floor and it was clean and pleasant. The hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. We parked at the hotel and used the convenient valet service. The laundry room was also clean and useful.

Our family had a nice stay. Clean rooms, convenient location and the kids had fun at the pool. The free breakfast had a decent spread and there are lots of restaurants close by. The beach can be accessed through the Surf store across the street making it easy to get there. We would stay again.

Best places to stay if you want to be close to the beach. The place was super clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. My kids enjoy the view of the bay and see dolphins every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are looking to come back soon. Shout out to the staff Chelsea!! She is amazing and her customer service skills are above and beyond. Thank you.
