Holiday Inn has definitely upgraded their properties since the last time I stayed with them years ago! The suite was clean and spacious. The breakfast was the run-of-the-mill options with a few hot foods. I especially enjoyed the Dove products that are present in the bathroom and shower.

I have to say that at first, I thought I made wrong decision to book here but the services and profesional attitude from REESE and ROSA…. Changed my mind… definitely coming back and enjoy the same hotel and same beaches….. I want to send kudos to both ladies

The bed mattress way to soft, need more firm to allow comfortable sleep ! Also security safe in room not secured to wall , could be removed easily with amy contents, not much of a use as provided

It is hard to get past lacking hot water in the shower and sink. When we took our morning showers, the water went almost immediately from hot to lukewarm. When I complained to the desk clerk, she seemed disinterested and was definitely not friendly. Breakfast was decent and check-in/check-out was routine. Ice machines are not on every floor.
