Same as always wonderful place to stay 👍👍👍

The environment is relatively empty, the overall passable, simple and tidy

Old internet does not work no coffee in rooms and no decaf coffee breakfast poor would not stay here ever again for what I paid I expected more

I just sent to every once in awhile from my boss and out of all the hotels around this is the one I stay at all the time I love that breakfast that you guys have I used to work in a couple of comfort inns in Hampton inns and stuff like that we just have to keep up with the stuff as cleaning the property and everything else AC units and everything every time I've been here the AC unit is even on the outside or clean the inside of the rooms are spotless the walkways are clean the staff is very friendly everybody knows me and my brother from coming there quite often they're always very very nice to us and very quick and friendly I would recommend this place and I really wish you had a lot more of them around because it'd be the only place I stay

It was not clean at all. The floor was so dirty that my foot was black. The tub was not cleaned and the filter in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned either. There were cigarette buds on the floor and I was in a non-smoking room.

The hotel looked like a place for transients, and I’ll mannered behavior. When we arrived the clerk told us that she didn’t have keys and we would have to wait until after 11pm and the next clerk to come on because she was counting her drawer. When we finally got in the room it was so outdated and had roaches crawling on the wall. The towels looked like they were many years old and gross. The photos of this place may look decent, but upon arrival you would wish you wouldn’t have booked even for a one night short stay. We came up to the area for a meeting, and it was close to our location. I would have driven an extra 30mins and paid considerably more for what we experienced.

We found Howard Johnson at US 19 and 580 in Dunedin to be and average motel, clean and with good service. Except for our last night it was quiet. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered some limited hot items. We were surprised by the presence of a guest coin-op laundry. Our room was larger than anticipated and included limited kitchen and a useful area for prep and eating. On the down side, the plastic chairs and lack of comfortable seating. The location is convenient to Countryside Mall, several places to eat, and right by a highway intersection that offers an easy way to get around.

Great property if you're passing through I didn't make it to breakfast, so i cant comment.

When I got to the room I had no clean towels. I called front desk to asked for some towels do to that I have none. 12:30 the next day is when I got clean towels. Other than that it was good.

Can't complain about value, clean , comfortable, Internet was a nightmare

Very dated hotel ..and it shows. very shady people hanging around. Drug use obvious...very inappropriate comments from other male hotel residents to my wife and daughters. Sheets and towels very used. Check in deskclerk and maid polite but hotel not a place for families or school age kids. Others in our group complained of bedbugs. You can only clean an item so long until you have to put money into it or rebuild.

Hotel is older and could use some updating but it was super clean, comfortable beds, great staff, decent breakfast.

It's 80.00 a night. You are definitely getting your moneys worth.
