TL;TR
Stay anywhere but here, super disappointed.
Reserved and paid in advance for a four night stay. The day of our check-in I got a Robo call from London England telling me that the host would meet us there just to call… call went to recording in England.
The host never showed so @ 1 am I was able to reserve a room, 40 minutes away. My autistic son did not do well with this, had to reschedule Disney plans.
The home was nice overall but oven did not work, Matresses we’re not on correct frames and had no boxsprings. King size mattress in main bedroom has yellow stains, pillows unbearable. Light in walk -in closet not working; leak from closet ceiling
Coffee maker was missing reusable copper filter, Used one ply paper towels provided for a coffee filter. No cleaning supplies provided to clean up after ourselves, ants…
Host couldn’t be bothered to respond to us however his cleaning crew was there promptly this morning at 10 AM to “flip for the next incoming guest”?!?!
