Déçu du restaurant la viande était bonne mais le cuisinier a essayer 1 patchwork dans nos assiette sans béarnaise mais sauce différente on a eu les 2 et celle qu'on n'a pas choisi napper la viande à fond par contre les serveurs étaient top et une forêt noire n'est pas une mousse au chocolat avec un fondant grossier

nette kamers, goede service. erg vriendelijk personeel. de verschillende restaurants hebben allemaal een eigen kaart. het eten was heerlijk. het zwembad en de Spa zijn klein maar zeer fijn te vertoeven

Preis Leidtung passt nicht!!! Schimmel an den Wänden!!! Aber vor allem fällt auf, dass bis auf 2 Personen (Brasserie) keinerleüi Kundenorientierung spürbar ist. Der Gast stört! Wenig bis keine Kompetenz! Keinerlei Führung spürbar. Restaurantleitung unterirdisch. Rezeption unfreundlich.

Le meilleur : la chambre était démodée, le bien-être était correct. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité inférieure. mauvais sandwichs à couper et mauvais couteaux, le café n'était pas bon et les œufs au bacon avaient un goût étrange. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue la nuit venant de l'intérieur à cause des gens qui discutent dans la rue. ne pas pouvoir dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte donc pour avoir l'air frais. Je souhaite que le petit-déjeuner soit remboursé, car je ne le recommande à personne. référence de réservation : IFXBEM Guido Roels

N a pas répondu à nos attentes , chambre pas très propre. Moisissures aux fenêtres et sur les joints de la douche. Manque de convivialités café et eau à disposition dans la chambre. Et repas du soir pris dans une pizzeria style cantine de lycée alors qu on s attendait à dîner dans le restaurant de l Hotel avec un meilleur standing

Beim Check in die erste Enttäuschung. Der Mitarbeiter sprach mäßig englisch, kein Luxemburgisch, nur französisch! Egal können wir auch, aber in Luxemburg würde ich das erwarten. Zimmer gehen erst ab 15.00 uhr- egal ob sie schon fertig sind, oder nicht! Eins der beiden haben wir dann früher bekommen, damit wir uns für eine Wanderung umziehen konnten. Zurück und dann in den Wellnessbereich- einzelne Kabinen ausser Betrieb. Der Gipfel war: im Ruheraum hatten wir ein Fenster geöffnet, um frische Luft hinein zu lassen, ebenfalls die Vorhänge leicht geöffnet- nicht für lange Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter kamen zu zweit und schlossen alles- auf meine Frage warum, kam eine tolle Antwort. Es seim im 1.Stock und deswegen zu gefährlich, die Fenster auf Kipp zu haben. Und warum die Vorhänge, ja das sei eben so. Kurzfazit nach 4 Stunden: Das Hotel ist nicht gut geführt. Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit konnten wir bislang nicht spüren! Unser Zimmer Nr1 ist gut, weil neu renoviert. Unser Zimmer 2 ist nicht gut, hat Stockflecken und andere Schwächen. Mal sehen wie es weiter geht
