Matt at the front desk was super! He was extremely helpful and had great customer service. I booked 2 rooms by accident for the same night and he went out of his way to help me cancel a last minute booking. This panicked momma was very relieved for his help!

The hotel itself was pretty nice. There were a few issues with the facility but nothing that was too bad. 1. The exterior door on the side entrance next to our room would not open with the key card. 2. The stairs were next to our room and the noise sounded like a construction zone above us. 3. The breakfast choices lacked much to be desired. That being said, the real reason for our disappointment was more the location. While there was a Courtyard by Marriott and a Hampton Inn across the road, this hotel was encompassed round about by less desirable motels. With the premium rates this hotel charges, I'd expect a better atmosphere. There were three people sitting on a bench right outside our window smoking, drinking, and talking till 4 am. There were people walking around and through the parking lot all hours of the night.

Clean, nice stay, breakfast was nice extra. Checkin was easy. Parking was nice. Easy access from highway. Check out was simple. Rooms were large with fridge, small stove and all the extras. Bathroom was large shower was nice. Price was reasonable.

The service was prompt and pleasant when we ordered extra towels. Rooms clean and nicely organized and kitchen supplies. The staff was friendly helpful and professional. The stay was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and good. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The hotel was very modern and I loved the bathroom and full refrigerator. The staff was extremely friendly and warm. Whatever we needed it seemed like someone was always around to meet that need! Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay

The room I was in was great! Everything was nice and clean. Most everyone that worked there was great. Nicki was great! She was very helpful, polite, and made sure to give me great restaurant recommendations. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

The rooms are very nice and clean with comfortable beds, however, it is the people that make the difference. Also, I love the fact that you get a real stove with an oven. It really makes you feel like home. I will choose this hotel whenever I am in town for work going forward!

Guest service was the best, misty was so patient and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. The facility was clean. We had an emergency at our house, so we ended up booking the room at around 11 o'clock. And misty was so patient and understanding.She booked our rooms quickly and we were able to put our family in a safe environment.

Janna was AMAZING!!! Her details for customer service were excellent and I will continue to come to this hotel everytime I visit Cleveland because of her. Thanks for everything. It made the celebration for our daughter’s graduation extra special.
