Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel. From the very beginning the staff were rude. My friend and I had two rooms. Under different accounts. We both reserved rooms the night before across from each other. When I went to check into the one room they said it’s not available. I was very respectful in asking how that was possible when I had reserved it the night before. They told me that it didn’t matter that I did that and it’s just when you check in you get a room. Very very rudely they basically told me that it sucks and you get the room you get. I was so confused as what is the point of reserving a room before. I then asked if there were any two rooms atleast on the same floor. They said no. After having to go down and ask a second and third time they finally said rooms were available on the same floor. After I had to ask that question and beg them to look. Not to forget they were extremely rude and refused to tell me their names even though one was a supervisor. To finish it all off! There was blood on my bed!!!! So they didn’t even wash my sheets. And when I told the lady that she was also rude and didn’t have a fitted sheet for me to change it. I then reached out to corporate and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything. This is the first and last time I stay at a Hilton.

Great location. Great room. Love the Hilton technologies: digital key, select room, app check out, streaming login on tv. No housekeeping for 2 night stay. Good free breakfast. Parked at 777 garage around the corner. Pre-book on ParkWhiz to save money.

I just want to say Q was amazing. We could not get the TV to work and he tried his best to get it work but couldn't so he said go look and see if you see another room and we will move you there. I found another room and he took care of everything. My husband needed to see the game and he found what station it was playing on in Cleveland and everything. I hope he gets to see this and be rewarded he went above and beyond. Thank you Q. Did not know there was no parking Valet was pricey but you really had no choice. Free Breakfast was good.

Location of this place is perfect for sporting events and the rock and roll hall of fame. We stayed here for the crew game and it was an average stay. Rooms were as expected, but the street noise is pretty loud. The hustle and bustle of the city made it hard to sleep at times. However, the service and cleanliness was top tier.
