Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown

Great location. Great room. Love the Hilton technologies: digital key, select room, app check out, streaming login on tv. No housekeeping for 2 night stay. Good free breakfast. Parked at 777 garage around the corner. Pre-book on ParkWhiz to save money.

I just want to say Q was amazing. We could not get the TV to work and he tried his best to get it work but couldn't so he said go look and see if you see another room and we will move you there. I found another room and he took care of everything. My husband needed to see the game and he found what station it was playing on in Cleveland and everything. I hope he gets to see this and be rewarded he went above and beyond. Thank you Q. Did not know there was no parking Valet was pricey but you really had no choice. Free Breakfast was good.

My spouse wanted to some work done in the cleveland, so we visited this hotel. It was the Friday night and Saturday night. The cost was 530$. Things I liked - Location, the church in front of the hotel is cool. The area around is walkable. - Staff was responsive promptly. Things I disliked - Not perfect room. There were water stains on headboard. These were not visible with lights off, but they were visible at night. Probably the reason why their cleaning staff missed it. - Bathroom does not have seprate vent. It stinks up the entire room for an hour. - Poor attention to details from management. Toilet was overflowing on day one of our arrival. We had to call the front desk and a man immediately came to fix it. Soap bottle was in the bathroom, I hoped in and when I was going to apply soap, I realized that bottle was empty. I cannot call their handyman in middle of taking a shower. - Valet parking. It is 55$ a night. Cleveland city parking nearby is 1.5$ per hour for daytime and free at night. Overall okay, but not worth 530$.
