Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga Ooltewah

This was the grossest motel ever. The room smelled like mildew. No ventilation. The room was so humid even with the air on. The walls, floors and furniture were so disgusting. The carpets were stained and ripped. The ONLY thing that looked fairly clean were the bed sheets. Please don’t stay here! It’s needs a major overhaul. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel again.

Do not stay here. Hotel is infested with Rats. Woke up to Rat poop all over the bathroom sink and on the bathroom towels. Management wouldn't give me a refund. DO NOT STAY THERE. Was told we don't give refunds.

Non-existent breakfast. Danish only, no napkins. Soured juice and coffee. Toaster but no bread. Water leak over toilet, so got dropped on. Beds not that comfortable. I sat on foot of bed and the mattress nearly came off, it flipped up in the air.

RUN FAR AWAY! Lets start with they will not work with you if you have a booking mistake 5 mins after booking wrong date when it was your 2 year old that hit the button and you were still willing to switch to a different night to keep the business with them. Terrible business! It also smells HORRENDOUS! Nasty staff too! EXTREMELY DIRTY! GO ELSEWHERE! YOU WERE WARNED! Im surprised they are still in business as i see they have LOADSSSS OF BAD REVIEWS!

We got in our room and it was nasty! Smelled of dog piss! We went straight to the desk got a refund and got the hell out of there! Bed was dirty! Maybe good for a one night stand and that’s it!🤮 Overwhelming stench!

We stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga Ooltewah on our way back from Destin, Florida. Our room smelled musty, the carpeting was not clean, the toilet was not stabilized to the floor, the outside based of the bathtub was not clean and the lighting was very dim. The overall room needed more detailed cleaning and updates. I would not recommend this hotel.

I Had to be moved 3X times before I found a room that was the least disgusting. ALL the rooms come with a musty smell first off. First room had roaches crawling in the sink area and all in the night stands. Second room it was late I fell asleep and woke up to a huge roach crawling on me in the bed!!! The third room was tolerable only because it had no roaches. They’re Housekeeping doesn’t like to clean. Burn holes & Hair EVRYWHERE! Including the bedding, dirty shower, dirty bathroom floors Hair on the toilet seat. Could tell the carpet was nasty to, I never not once took my shoes off. Worst hotel stay of my life!! This place needs/should get shut down to get renovated & Pest Control. Save your money please I had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean my room, on top of shady characters that stay there. I heard someone heavy steps for days over my head !! I couldn’t wait to leave…! Filthy

The worst place I've ever stayed. I should have slept in my car. There was ********** in the parking lot, NO breakfast, the rooms were nasty, just don't do it. Spring the extra 50$ and get a actual decent place.

Worst stay we have had in years. We chose this place solely on availability as nearly all other places in the area were booked - now I know why! The beds seemed clean and the room didn't smell bad, but we saw mice all night long - one even tried to climb the bed we were in! We also had a very noisy fridge which I had to drown out by leaving the TV on all night. When I informed the front desk of the mice and the fridge, they indicated they would have the manager look at the fridge, but did not seem surprised by the mice! What?! Would never stay there again!
