I was a guest at the Cotton house on June 19th 2024. I was getting onto the elevator when one of the employees was also on the elevator she was talking on the phone and I realize that she was the room inspector for the rooms whom ever she was talking to on the phone she talking very badly about her employees at one point she was calling one of the employees the B word And then proceeded to call them The N-word I was in complete shock that she was talking about her employees like this, especially in front of a guest. This girl had long curly brown hair with braces. I do not know her name, but I did call corporate to inform them of what kind of employee they have working for the cotton house. I am extremely disgusted that they would have someone working for them like this . I am hoping that this lady will no longer be working for the Cotton house.

We came for a funeral and were able to check in with ease. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was far above ny expectations and I will be staying again! Restaurant and bar in the hotel makes it convenient for tired and hungry travelers!

We stay at this hotel every year. This year the cleanliness of the hotel room was not good. Did not appear that it was cleaned much at all. Everything had a layer of dust on it, floor still had crumbs of cookie on it, dirty Kleenex on the bathroom floor, black specks on sheets..they need a bit more quality control.
