I thought it was a hotel owned by InterContinental and the service quality was guaranteed. However, the service attitude towards Chinese people in the hotel this time was very bad and the experience was very poor.

We often choose Kimpton Hotels when we travel and Kimpton Schofield is one of our favorites. Right away our stay was made special when we were warmly greeted by Micaela at the front desk. When one imagines a perfect welcome, this is what is pictured. And, our entire stay was just as exceptional. Many thanks to Micaela and the entire front desk team, the friendly crew at the wine reception, as well as the terrific parking valets. Everyone contributed to a truly memorable visit. We will continue to stay at Kimpton Hotels in the future.

I’m an IHG Diamond Elite member and while headed to Cleveland to root for our Buffalo Bills, was thrilled there was a Kimpton in town. We arrived right before game time and Vincent at the valet station was a total angel in helping us! It was super busy and we had forgotten things in the car not once but twice that day and he was swift with his rescue! Lobby was stylish and cozy, rooms are clean and comfortable, and we had a gorgeous city view. We enjoyed dinner at the bar, chatting with other football fans and had the most delicious meals and this insane giant snack cake for dessert! We will definitely stay here in the future.

The Kimpton Schofield is right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. There are several popular attractions all within walking distance. Instead of calling it a lobby, they call or The Living Room, which just gives it a more laid back vibe. They even have books and magazines to read and a few games available to play as well. The staff are all very friendly. The valet was so convenient and accommodating. I happened to only encounter Dylan for my valet needs for my stay and he was so helpful and we even chatted a bit about places he had recently visited in Michigan. I gave him a few other reqs for his next trip up north. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the center of downtown Cleveland.

Place is a glorified Holiday Inn. The only positive thing you can say is the room was clean. The shower is not enclosed, which I hate. If you have to find a bright side, it's that the floor did not get soaked because the shower is such a low trickle, you can barely rinse off. So if the rooms are at best mediocre, the service is horrible. Not only did they have our reservation under the wrong name ( which caused a long delay at check in, they refused to accept responsibility for attaching our reservation to some strangers IHG number. We explained both that we not only did not have an IHG number and but that they also miraculously somehow managed to get the credit card number correct to hold the room. Immaculate charging. Then, when we asked as a small make up for a 1:00 pm checkout the next morning, they refused because "it was against policy". Pro tip, when traveling to Cincinnati stay anywhere else you can.

Wonderful customer experience! Staff was genuinely kind and thoughtful. Assisted us with navigating the area and the check in process was very welcoming! Especially thoughtful staff-Shante, Ellie, Ella, Jana, Jemica and Micaela! Sophia in the restaurant was incredibly kind and helpful! Great staff! They ALL deserve recognition!!!
