The staff was hard to understand and communicate with. And i know its not an upscale hotel but the dirt and grime was awful. Like it hadnt been cleaned in years and the bedding was so bad i refused to sleep on it. I paid for a king bed, too. So, even the pricier rooms were just filthy.

Check in was ok. Polite front desk. Room dirty, looks like nothing has been cleaned for 6 months, trash behind dresser, drawers full of dirt and trash. Bathroom filthy so I bought product to clean before use. Full of roaches and other bugs I've never seen before. Don't stay here. I will never say at super 8 again anywhere.

Cleaning got skipped a couple days was there during the recent snow and it was hard to adjust the heat right it would either be hot or cold

Security lock broken,bathroom door top hinge broken,curtains damaged won’t close all the way,mini fridge made so much noise had to unplug,2 tv remotes one without battery cover,bath drain broken had to use soap to hold up plug to shower, out dated furniture with rips. I have pictures

Property staff was friendly, but the rooms often had bugs in them and were not completely cleaned with there being crumbs on the tables and surfaces with residue on them
