Fantastic property. Really well maintained, excellent amenities and extras (eggs, bread and full bottle of milk so appreciated!). Owner/manager communicates clearly and is very friendly.
The property is close to the settlement of Clive and about 15mins to drive to Napier waterfront.
We did have a very loud pukeko visit at 6:30am two days in a row, but I'm pretty sure he's not an actual employee!
Looking forward to our next visit.

Wir hatten das Haus „Rose“ am Ende des Weges, die vorbeiführende Straße war auch nachts nicht zu hören. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile und Essbereich. Großes, separates Schlafzimmer mit gutem Bett sowie Badezimmer. Vor dem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, jeweils 3flüglige Schiebetüren, ist eine große Terrasse. Die Details überzeugen total, alles ist bestens durchdacht und an den Kundenbedürfnissen ausgerichtet: Großer Grill auf der Terrasse, super eingerichtete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Toastbrot sowie 8 Eier, Butter, Marmelade, reichlich Geschirr/Töpfe/Besteck/Gläser, sogar Zahnstocher, kostenlose Möglichkeit zu waschen/trocknen, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, 2 Fernseher, und und und! Einfach super gut!! Waren begeistert und können uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We stayed in the one bedroom Rose cottage, plenty of room, modern facilities, very clean and great outdoor deck area, had everything we needed, peaceful, quiet and private, highly recommend , great central HB location as only 10-15 mins to Havelock, Napier, Hasting and only short distance to jump onto a bike trail, loved our stay

Absolutely perfect. I loved Rose Cottage. It is beautifully set up for comfort. Cleanliness was 10/10 and I’m very fussy! The fridge was set up with milk, eggs, bread, butter ang jam. The gardens are private and lovely. The separate laundry was immaculate. Internet reception was excellent and having Netflix was great. Janie’s communication was excellent.
Close to Napier, Hastings, Taradale and Havelock North.

We enjoyed the comfort of the cottage and exceptional kitchen with all the equipment we needed to be able to cook our meals. The location is very quiet but close enough to Hastings and Napier for restaurants and shopping.
