Red Roof Inn Greencastle South - Cloverdale

how this hotel has good ratings is beyond me. no staff around, check in via some kiosk with a guy that has marbles in his mouth. doors open 24/7 so anyone can come in. smells terrible, sink tap in room wobbles, hair whiskers on our sink, toilet paper so thin you’d need a roll to get the job done. a/c so loud we had to turn it off, you can hear door slamming, toilets flushing in other room. didn’t feel safe at all. don’t stay here!!

This was an excellent hotel for a stop over while traveling. The condition of this hotel was excellent and a great value.

Was surprised to find that their idea of a supply of Kleenex in the room was 1 pack of pocket Kleenex. My son has 2 nasal sprays to do twice daily and had to bring our Kleenex from car for the 2nd day. Most hotels have boxes.

We felt very welcome upon entering the hotel. The person at the front desk was very personable, smiling and most helpful!!! She seemed to really like her job! She was fun to be around. Our room was very clean, inviting and bright and cheery!

Arrived on a Wednesday and no employee personnel around. Had to use a kiosk to check into room. Next 2 days had to keep using kiosk to replace room keys because they wouldnt continue to open room door. Very uncomfortable feeling to have no one around. Cleanliness of room was good. But Did not like feeling of staying in a hotel when anyone could just walk into the building and no one is there. Friday-Sunday they had someone working at front desk

Great spot for the night. Easy on off. Comfortable bed.
