The hotel was amazing. Nice room. Very clean, it even smelled wonderful. I had the do not disturb on every day because I worked midnights and they did a welfare check. Thats above and beyond. They also messaged me each day to see how my stay was going. Also, the hotel is not in a bad area by any means but they still had security on site at night. Highly recommend.

I had a house fire in late December and have been placed in the holiday inn here for two months, in the time I’ve been here I have had absolutely amazing customer service by Nicolas and Iazia not only during the shuttle rides but in regards to being prompt, respectful and helpful at every opportunity. On multiple occasions I have made requests and they were understanding as well as willing to work with me. I wish I could rate this establishment higher than five stars due to the stellar service I’ve received. Hey deserve the highest of praise and I asked them if there was any way I could show them my appreciation so they pointed me to this website/survey. I can’t express how great they’ve been and I hope this makes a difference.

Great experience and the room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I did not like was the spring style mattress. After my flight was canceled and changed NUMEROUS times, it was so nice having such a nice person at the front desk to be understanding and so accommodating!

The hotle and its location are excellent. One problem is that the breakfast time only accomodates the workforce and not the tourists. The breakfast time ends very ealry the entire week. We have been traveling for over 40 years, and have stayed in lots of hotels that had a larlge number of workforce also staying there. But the accomodated both the workforce and the tourists.
