Very nice hotel and the staff is super nice. My only disappointment was the hotel charged a fee for breakfast. We stayed in the same name-brand hotel 2 nights earlier in Sacramento and the breakfast was included for hotel guest. But aside from that, the hotel is easy to find, good location and the overall stay was wonderful.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and it was close to everuthing. The area is quiet and very safe. We slept well. Check in was easy and so was check out.

Our first visit to Clovis & Fresno, and we were pleased with the hotel. The lobby was clean, with lots of seating area for business work or lounging. The lobby shop was full of snacks -- and we appreciated the good selection of travel sundries for our forgotten toiletries. The location was convienient. Close to the highway, and also to close to the downtown district of Clovis with its plethora of antique stores. As can happen on a trip, I even witnessed a guest expressing an UNreasonable request to the staff. The staff was very professional, and they diffused the situation very well & quickly. I was impressed. No issues with our stay. When we are in the area again, we will return.

The room was dark, with limited lighting fixtures to add needed brightness. All the furniture was dated, scratched, and shopworn. It appeared to be cobbled together from several different styles in bits and pieces. The room was clean and fresh. Overall, it appeared to provide adequate accommodations for a budget-priced offering.
