Clovis Hotels with Airport pickup service

On the first night after about two hours I got bitten by a bed bug and caught it too. Went down to the reception and did get a new room for the night. However the rest of the response was totally lackluster even though I showed the bug to the receptionist, he wasn’t really interested to look at it. He also told me that Pest Control could not come out the same day because of Thanksgiving. Of course this is totally unacceptable. The next morning the manager of the hotel called me to say that they were not going to reimburse me for the room (even though you can imagine that my night was ruined) and she doubted that there were even bad bugs. My business partner and I both have status with Hilton and it just shows what your loyalty is worth to Hilton. Very disappointed.

Great experience and the room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I did not like was the spring style mattress. After my flight was canceled and changed NUMEROUS times, it was so nice having such a nice person at the front desk to be understanding and so accommodating!

Great for families if you want value, safety, cleanliness and 45 min to Yosemite, Mariposa North and all Fresno County So. All Top Medical hospitals, clinics, 10 to 15 min drive. Shopping centers, restaurants 5 to 15 minutes. Sports and fun activities.

I had a house fire in late December and have been placed in the holiday inn here for two months, in the time I’ve been here I have had absolutely amazing customer service by Nicolas and Iazia not only during the shuttle rides but in regards to being prompt, respectful and helpful at every opportunity. On multiple occasions I have made requests and they were understanding as well as willing to work with me. I wish I could rate this establishment higher than five stars due to the stellar service I’ve received. Hey deserve the highest of praise and I asked them if there was any way I could show them my appreciation so they pointed me to this website/survey. The hotel was amazing. Nice room. Very clean, it even smelled wonderful. I had the do not disturb on every day because I worked midnights and they did a welfare check. Thats above and beyond. They also messaged me each day to see how my stay was going. Also, the hotel is not in a bad area by any means but they still had security on site at night. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel with well thought out rooms that are on the smallish size for their price point. Hotel was good attentive staff, a small bar cafe and adequate amenities. Clean and tidy rooms and not to noisy being on a main road. Would recommend this hotel for a one to two night stay noting the high room rates don’t make this hotel a true value place to stay long term.
