Computer was down. Told us to come back later. Finally got in room. TV didn’t work. Room not clean. Moved to another room. TV volume didn’t work, then totally quit

I needed a room for me and my kitten as we had traveled 100+ miles for a spay/neuter clinic. The room was clean and comfy, and everyone was so fantastic. Harley loved how comfy the beds were and she settled right in with no issues. Everything was clean and bright - I would absolutely stay again!

Loved the stay there! Only complaint is maybe the breakfast. Could have used more fruit to eat and perhaps more staff to help with reloading the food.
