Great spot. Great room sizes.

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Nice breakfast and lots of variety. Very central location for sightseeing the town main attractions. The receptionist that greeted us was very rude. Generally the stuff at the reception and in the restaurant don't know how to behave. They are very cold and wooden, don't greet guests, don't smile and are not polite. The room is quite dark at night, not enough light in the room. The window can not be opened, only a little bit diagonally.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the old town. Traffic is very heavy during morning and evening rush hour though. I've been to this hotel many times over the years and this time there were a few issues. The shower in my room was either cold, or took ages to warm up. The pool, gym and bar were all closed during myvstay. The Marco Polo restaurant was always almost empty with little atmosphere. Food is ok from a strange mixed menu. With a few minutes walk from the hotel, there are numerous bars and restaurants, other ingredients good food at good prices. The hotel restaurant needs to adapt to provide something unique to encourage gets to want to eat there.

Management was excellent. Best location in the city. The whole staff is friendly. The room is beautiful really this is the nicest place to stay in the entire city. Thank you for everything.
