Very impressed at this hotel. Parking capacity seems a little tight from what I saw on a full night. Definitely would stay again and recommend

the room was very noise due to traffic nearby and bad functioning of A/C (either it was on/off) plus many mosquitoes, which made sleep impossible. nice and friendly staff at reception and good breakfast. never to repeat or recommend to any tourist.

Comodo da raggiungere, 20 minuti dall'aeroporto, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Cortesia dello staff (complimenti a Lavinia sempre gentile ed efficiente!). Camere ampie, luminose e ben pulite. Ottimo il segnale wifi. Bagno pulito e doccia confortevole. La colazione internazionale è ampia e soddisfacente. Il ristorante annesso offre un buon menù a prezzi ragionevoli. Per chi arriva in auto, c'è un grande parcheggio proprio di fronte all'entrata. Il West City è la mia tappa fissa quando sono a Cluj per lavoro!

If you would like to get cold, you may stay in this lovely hotel. Or you can bring your heating device with you. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Breakfast is average. Room is ok except heating system. Location is away from the city center.
