We were on a family vacation booking 8 rooms for 3 nights on June 23. Reviews and pictures on different sites looked good but in reality the "hotel" if you can even call that this way was entirely horror. as you can see in the attached pictures the carpets were stained, matresses had liquid stains (the smell could only lead us to think it was pee), broken furniture and some of the windows had literally blocks of cement outside looking like a prison from inside, mold and bad smells all over the corridors between the rooms not to mention the train that passes by (literally 5 meters away from the rooms) every few hours in the night. We asked the manager to refund us since this wasn't hospitable and he agreed to refund us for two nights since it was already late at night and he could not rebook it, we agreed and left the hotel to a one that could accomodate human beings, but the money was never returned to us. I never write bad reviews to places, but this just left such a bad taste I had to.

In June of this year, my whole family came to this hotel. We pre-booked 8 rooms in the hotel. All the rooms we got were unfit to stay. The rooms were dirty, nasty stains on the carpets. The sheets were not clean and some of the rooms had urine stains on the mattresses and sheets. In my room the window was blocked by an ugly concrete wall and there was some kind of animal excrement on the window sill. The window and bars were very dirty. I am attaching pictures of everything I have described here. The photos that the hotel included in *********** are incorrect and do not correspond to reality. We all felt that we could not stay in this hotel. And we decided to move to another hotel. The hotel owner promised to refund us the money for two nights and also another 200 euros paid for breakfasts. Unfortunately the owner of the hotel lied and is still unwilling to return the money we paid him. I recommend you stay away from this hotel. Not clean and not reliable.

Our family booked 8 rooms at Pensiunea Schwartz for 3 nights on June23. we saw the reviews and the pictures on *********** and it looked fine… but in reality this is very far from what it is. All rooms we got were absolutely horrible… as you can see in the pictures, all carpets are the Dirty and full with ugly stains, all beds have uncomfortable lumps and disgusting stained mattresses, broken furniture’s in the rooms and above all what you cant see in the pictures is the smell of mildew, dampness and mold in the corridors and rooms. We called the Pensiunea manager and asked for our money back, he was not very nice but said he will refund only two nights, as it was late, and he couldn’t rent the rooms for this night… We agreed and we left to a different hotel first thing the next morning… but as you can expect the refund was not made up to this time and we lost thousands of dollars over this SCAM. Don’t book this hotel the pictures are “Photoshop” and the real hotel rank needs to be Zero

Quality is absolutely good for the price you are paying for this pension. To my opinion it's same quality as a hotel level. It's good and clean with a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you pay only 20 RON (+/- 4,- euro pp) for it, and is also of a high standard with a lovely smiling and friendly lady filling up all the time !!
