I have never stayed here before this is my first time.  Overall everything was clean and neat and pretty updated. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.. overall the only complaints I have is that the mattress was awful , springs were just about to come through the mattress. Traffic on the service road all alone was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Constant loud cars and trucks going by all the times of the day and night. Being that my room was on the first floor in the front of the hotel. The noise was bad.
Overall everything else was fine .

The hotel received only one reservation. Rooms were swapped around and had to pay for another night to accommodate.

Key for door barely worked. Had to jiggle it. Stains on carpet. Musty smell in room even though it was non-smoking.

First, the rooms were filthy. All three rooms we got. One of them had mildew and a pair of boxers on the floor when we got there. The carpets are straight trash. Also on one of the rooms food was still in the fridge when we got the and then the room was open and couldn’t even close the door. Front lady was nice tho, she was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to help in any way.
