Lovely place,shame that the jacuzzi wasn't working but spent lots of time in the pool and sauna. The breakfast was really nice and the river view completed the stay. Close to many restaurants and shops. A nice getaway to just relax

Can from kent to Scotland fora wedding.we found the hotel on line and when we got to clydbank and found it wow very happy we had upgrade offered at no extra cost and a lovely view over the river thank you . Also the food was very very nice around fantastic

Had to go to the jubilee hospital and this hotel was ideal in location, connected to the main hospital. It was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.
Food at the restaurant was also good

Stayed just one night with my little granddaughter last night. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They made my wee 3 year old granddaughter feel so special and grown up. Have her a slip to “sign in” and gave the key to her room etc. they brought her breakfast to the room in the morning and I thought she’d burst with excitement. Then this morning while checking out the staff member greeted her by name and asked how her stay was. The wee one was delighted her name had been remembered. The room was beautiful and clean and so big and bright. The price was so very good considering as well it was a Saturday night. All in all a fantastic stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Well done to all the staff working so well with guests. Thank you

Our second time here. Our accessible room was spacious and spotless with plenty of room for manoeuvre. Brilliant view upstream on the Clyde towards Clydebank and the Titan crane. Effortless check in and the food and staff service was first class. Large family dinner on the Friday which went really well. Downsides I couldn’t quite get my head around why the accessible room was so far from the lifts. If you are able bodied it’s fine but if your mobility isn’t great it’s a bit of a hike. Internet access was a real issue it kept on flipping in and out. Apparently the further you are from the ‘boosters’ the weaker the signal. It was an issue last time we stayed also and we are told that an ‘upgrade’ is “pending”. That’s fine but I think it should be made clear there is an issue. It’s not a situation I’ve ever experienced before at a hotel and I think it’s time that pending moved to actually getting the work done.

Be aware when booking for a Saturday particularly. I was in room 227 which is more or less directly above the the Events Area and there was a party in full swing from 20:00 to 01:00, the music was very very loud and completely overpowering. I understand it is Xmas and the Golden Jubilee hosts many Private Functions etc but a word at check in from Reception would have been nice or maybe even place guests as far as possible away from the Function Room as there are 4 floors of guest rooms. Cannot fault the room and Beautiful Hotel otherwise but I would enquire at check in especially at the Weekend regarding any functions going on and steer clear of 227 and surrounding rooms.

Stayed here several times in the past two months. Most recent visit was longer and cannot praise this hotel more highly. It is attached to the hospital and is very busy, but there is a wide range of customers. All the staff were professional, helpful and kind. This was particularly appreciated in my circumstances, not used to dining alone, I never felt uncomfortable in the restaurant. All the staff were great but a special thanks to Erin and Diego, they are a credit to the hotel. If we need to return to the hospital I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
