I was very impressed with the modern, well maintained and comfortable accommodation in a working farm. Our hosts were friendly, and we found it to be a great base for Exmouth and Topsham. We will return!

We stayed here over Chris**as with a Chris**as tree being provided which was lovely. The accomodation is clean, modern and very comfortable. Topsham is very close and a great place to visit. The hosts were lovely.

We had a lovely time at Courtbrook Farm. The self-catering cottage was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, & it was super to have an en-suite with the double bedroom and another bathroom for the kids upstairs. Great WiFi and flatscreen TV, and room to eat al fresco (we had great weather!). Good location in a beautiful area, with easy access by car to Exeter, Exmouth beach, Topsham, & also some good cycling trails. Jenny & Philip were very kind and friendly hosts. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed in the dairy apar**ent for two nights. We were greatly impressed with the attention to detail, comfort and overall spec of the provided facilities. The kitchen area was equipped with modern appliances and well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The bathroom was modern and clean with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable with ample clothes storage. The property was very warm, cosy and peaceful. A lovely pub with restaurant is only 20 minutes walk through the village, thank you for directions Phillip and the tip to have a torch. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to explore the area some more.

This was just perfect and I will be coming back here anytime I need to be near Exeter. Easy to access without all the traffic, 15 minute countryside walk to a bus stop that will get you into the city centre, and all the facilities you could need. Jenny and her family were all lovely, respectful of your privacy, but happy to chat. I cannot recommend this place enough.
