This hotel was amazing! The room was comfortable and very clean. It was surrounded by a park and you could walk down to the river. The food was excellent especially Breakfast which was buffet style. The staff were very helpful. We had a really enjoyable time and will definitely come back!

Stayed at the Best Western Valley Hotel for just one night to meet with an old friend for a catch up. I wish we had stayed longer. Everything lovely. Friendly staff, excellent service, clean room and wonderful food. Had dinner bed and breakfast deal - great value for money. Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed the short stay.

We were a large group of motorcyclists. Catering for larger groups whilst keeping the other guests happy isn't always easy but these guys smashed it. Excellent food and excellent service.

Loved this hotel, room was comfortable with a view of gardens and the river too.Food was lovely, nice dining area. Staff were very good in all areas, very good and pleasant managers, very helpful! Lovely old house with local history, nice and warm and welcoming too. Lots of places to visit in this area, lovely old town and shops too. Would stay here again.

Our stay has been the best hotel experience we have ever had, and that is due, in no small part, to every staff member we met during our stay. They are all so friendly, relaxed, and will stop and talk to us for a few minutes each day to try to get to know us and ask about our experiences that day. I have never before come across such an outstanding team of people who are so friendly, and willing to adapt and meet any requests. The decor and facilities of the hotel are very good, and the food is excellent, but it is the staff who are the greatest asset. We will visit again!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea in this dielightful hotel. There were beautiful grounds to walk around leading along the banks of the river Severn. The welcome we recieved was friendly, professional and welcoming. The sandwiches were of varied fillings and served in very generous portions, The scones as light as they should be and the cakes were of equal standard. I thoroughly recommend this as a venue - plus Ironbridge is fabulous to walk around.

This hotel is well located, large enough to have good facilities, but not too large to be impersonal. There is plenty to do and visit in the area. The view across the Severn valley from our room was excellent. The Ironbridge Gorge is a hidden gem and the museums are first class.
