Overall the staff was great, but other parts were a hot mess. For one, the elevator had a large weird smudge of a viscous white/clear substance I hope was lotion on the door… which was also in a few places along the hallway walls. As for the room, there was an odd stain on the carpet as soon as you enter and several more on the couch that were less than pleasant. There was accumulated dust in a few places and the picture frames were also damaged. The shower was weirdly hardly to turn off, too. It’s a shame because the place looks great on the outside but the room was just a no. I expected more.

Our daughter and son-in-law got married at Brandywine Manor House. The Hotel was fantastic Sarah White, the Director of marketing and sales couldn’t have been more generous in her time and her commitments to make sure that all of our guests experienced outstanding service from hotel staff to catering, housekeeping, and at the bar, making sure all our needs were met . She and her staff went above and beyond, throughout the entire weekend , The hotel made sure that there was nothing we had to worry about and that we could focus on our guests and the wedding experience of our daughter Thank you again to Sarah White who was fantastic in making our experience at this hotel the best ever and we would always recommend this hotel in the event that anyone was having a wedding in the Coatesville downtown area

Staff was nice & accommodating, especially the guy who made my Starbucks coffee in the morning and Tajai at the front desk. The shower and some of the furniture could have been a bit cleaner. No free breakfast but you can buy a Starbucks coffee and breakast, as well as dinner items and adult beverages in the evening. Disappointed that Bonvoy Platinum members don’t get breakfast vouchers or even a complimentary bottle of water. AC and heat worked well. Lighting is not the best and the tv was sooo small for hotels nowadays. Given that there aren’t many options in this area, we would probably stay here again.

Did not like the smell of pot in the hallway. We booked mainly for the pool and it was closed. The property did not notify guests to let them know ahead of time. There was a large party in the lobby that was pretty noisy when we checked in. The one staff person working was busy trying to help guests and the party.
