Appalling!!!! TERRIBLE, I arrived tired and they still tell me that my room is not available, they kept me waiting for an hour even though I had already paid for it, the air conditioning DIDN'T WORK. The receptionist was asleep and it took a while to open the hotel for me, everything was terrible.
