Aliya and Sakiyah at the front desk were so amazing and warm welcoming as I came. Great space to host our business meeting and staff were great.

Service is amazing. Especially at the small lounge in the lobby. The only downside to my stay was the cleanliness of the room. I arrived after 2am and after a long travel day a hot shower was what I was looking forward to, the bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. After speaking with the front desk the next morning it was taken care of by the time I returned.

Thank you Brooke!! The service and value at the hotel is exceptional. My hotel rate was messed up when I arrived at midnight and when I tried to get this corrected the next day, management was not supportive of the correction. Brooke went out of her way to convince management to make the correction after I closed out my bill. I have been coming here for years on business and I always stay here. The rooms are not flashy, however, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The amenities are also on par for what I need, restaurant serves food after 10pm, the gym is functional and the hospitality/service has always been great everytime I visit.

I visited this Marriott in January 2024 for a dinner service, and I was met with the unfortunate discovery of a bed bug during this dinner. Upon discovery of the bed bug, I bought it to the front desk to make them aware of the issue as there was a large group in the dinner service. A bed bug crawling in the dinner linens seemed like a sanitation issue as well as a risk to my health and safety. The team agreed to have our dry cleaning covered, however it is 4/3 and this has not been taken care of. Very disappointing experience that has caused lasting mental anguish

Attended a convention of approx 200, absolutely the best convention dinner I’ve ever Had. The chicken was moist an tender, salad fresh and the dessert was remarkable Staff was polite, and attentive. Overall this hotel outshines others that were far more expensive

The L1 level needs some updating. There were a lot of watermarks in the ceiling and it just didn’t feel as nice as the rest of the hotel.

We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to even get to the front desk to be told that they didn't have any rooms available. People were waiting for hours after the 3pm check in time to even get a room. We didn't have one assigned until we got back from our concert after 1 am.
