We just returned from 2 nights at Willowmere. It was fabulous! Such a lovely outdoor seating area where you can listen to the waves and just steps to the beach. You have your own entrance so you don't feel like you are in someone else's home. The bed was comfortable and it is nice to have a separate bedroom and sitting room. Jane was very easy to communicate with, made sure we had everything we needed. The 2 dogs would occasionally come over to say hello if we were sitting outside - very friendly and not bothersome at all. We walked along the beach to town. We also brought our bikes and it was an easy ride into town. We would happily book to stay here again. I recommend that you book through the willowmere.ca website directly. Stayed one night in the winter. Owner Jane was so lovely and accommodating. Had a beautiful walk on the snow covered beach and boardwalk which was just steps from the door to my room. The bed was comfortable and the newly renovated bathroom was clean and bright. Coffee available 24/7 in my room and lots of restaurants in town to choose from. Overall a great experience.
