Have issues with the app to get paid and then start to send me messages and calls to complain about it. Once they forget that I did business with Ctrip and they should talk to Ctrip instead of asking me.

Clean room with private bath. Had to ask for more than one towel, but it was delivered quickly. No place in the bathroom to put accessories (very small sink and no shelves). Shower curtain cut at the level of bathtub causing leakage. Our main complaint was high traffic noise throughout Saturday night. However, location on the prado provided walkable access to many stores and restaurants.

The hotel never answers calls and they have charged us the full 15 nights in May we are not able to board and when we are calling them they don't answer and never give an email ID we lost more than 2000 USD worth of booking I hope that they communicate
