Overall it was very good, but I want to highlight an experience that made me very unhappy. There was a middle-aged Chinese-looking man at the front desk who was not very polite to Chinese people. When I went to get the room card for my friend, this man had a blank expression and kept asking me to confirm everything. When he found out that my friend's room had been changed, he didn't show any apology, but thought it was normal. When I said thank you in the end, he also had a blank expression and didn't answer at all. He was the only one who made me feel that the experience of W was very bad!
