Everything was good the coach bed didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room other wise it was good

Room was cold. The thermostat on the wall was misleading. It did not control the room temperature.
Breakfast was very good, but again, the space was cold.

Cold water one day, Site should have offered complementary night as there was not hot water. A self pay colleague was offered a free night. Can ******* refund a night to our account?

The property was clean and staff was extremely friendly. The pool hours were terrible and even when it was supposed to be open it said it was closed. There was never more than one elevator working at the same time. We have to go back to the area in 2 weeks.it was convenient to where we had to go but not sure if we will stay there again

Was amazing experience. The staff were amazing. However the pool maintenance is not being kept up when we went. The pool chemicals were not the right condition. Only know this as a person who works in pools all the time.
Would recommend better training about pool maintenance to staff.
