If I went to Coco again, I would look for something else. AC works, room look like pictures. Distance to beach and town is as stated (pretty far to walk). This bed and breakfast charges an additional $10 USD per person for breakfast which was very disappointing given the reviews stated otherwise. You are not permitted access to the kitchen. The front desk staff was unwelcoming. But the clincher was the bugs in the bed. I have bites all over my body.

Acogedor alojamiento y con ambiente familiar. Charly, que hace de todo (recepción, limpieza de habitaciones, exteriores, piscina, atiende el bar y los desayunos,…) es el tío más atento y currante que existe. Ya puede estar Laura (la dueña) contenta de contar con su colaboración. El alojamiento, está limpio y cuidado.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for three nights. Overall it was fine but our room was pretty small. Felt secure with as the gate is locked and monitored. Pool was small but refreshing, towels lacking. Breakfast was basic but filling. A bit of a walk into the main part of town (which was a good thing, less noisy). All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

This is a nice budget accommodation at perfect location. Walking distance to Coco downtown where you can find hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops... same as it is 5 minutes walk to the beach. Yet located on a quiet side street.

Our room was comfortable and clean, the A/C worked very well, which was great given the days we stayed were very hot! We enjoyed the pool and thought that the outside areas of the hotel were charming. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Laura was helpful, and has some sweet dogs! The location is good: close to the beach and slightly set back from the busiest street, meaning that the road noise was less. There was no hot water in the shower, but it was so hot outside that this didn’t bother us!

me and my friend sleep here 3 nights. They did not feel it necessary to say there is no hot water in the room to shower! I told to the manager that last night was cold wather so we cant shower here, she said that all the time the wather is hot here so they dont need hot water. Im didnt agree. every Hostel or Hotel was with hot water , is it base. moreover , the place is nice and the pool is nice. the brackfast is not very good.

Excelente lugar la anfitriona muy amable , la habitacion en la que estuve muy limpia, sabanas limpias el desayuno muy rico, piscina excelente con buena iluminacion en la zona, todo muy cerca restaurantes y la playa que esta a 200mtrs lo recomiendo

Laura's House was perfect for a short stay in Cocos! It's off the main street so nice and quiet for sleeping, and there's a pool and A/C. There's Deep Blue Diving right across the street and Summer Salt Diving a 5 min walk away, and there's a path to the beach right across the street. It's a nice and clean place and Laura also picked me up at the airport for a transfer. The staff has appropriate COVID protocols in place, with hand washing and sanitizing, and mask-wearing. Would definitely stay here again!

Aesthetically pleasing in ALL ways! Check-in was the easiest, and the room felt very welcoming. Everything went smooth with helping us feel accommodated. Perfect place for a great nights sleep. Beach was close enough to the location for a walk to. Ample amounts of restaurants near by to choose from. The staff was beyond friendly and easy to understand on either side of our language barriers.
The restaurant on site is amazing! Having this on-site was a mega PLUS! Their chef is a true boss and a pro!! Poolside seats at the bar, fooseball and Billiard table.
Pictures don’t do the justice- this place is way better than the pictures made it look.
We WILL be back here again. WORTH IT!!💚. PURA VIDA
