Manatee Key- Heated Pool/Dock/Close to Beach

Enjoyed the pool and sitting on the deck in the mornings. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a great time, kids were able to swim in the heated pool even with the bad weather. We saw a dolphin and a manatee right off the dock. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and all the beach equipment and other recreational resources that you could possibly need.

Great house for families, we were there for a Disney cruise so it was a short stay (too short!) Very spacious, great floor plan, bedrooms open to the pool. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful home and perfect location… our family had a wonderful visit. Whole family enjoyed the pool and home is so nicely set up with everything we needed! Lovely to sit on the dock and watch the wildlife with a few dolphin sightings as well…Kayaked right from the dock to explore the waterway. Within walking distance from the beach so took a few walks there and home was supplied with everything we needed for an afternoon at the beach as well (beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, even a cart to load up to bring stuff to the beach). Owner responded quickly when we had a question and Property manager, Oscar, was very friendly and helpful.

Location was fabulous, tons of wildlife! Manatee right by dock, dolphins , hero , egrets…you name it we saw it. Hot tub had no power but the property manager for somebody there and was fixed within a couple hours. The house has literally everything you need!

We spent three nights in December 2025 and had the BEST time! We stayed with our five kids ages 8-16, they all said it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. They had so much going back and forth from the pool to the hot tub. We spent the evenings on the dock and saw dolphins and manatees. We used the chairs and boogie boards in the garage and headed to the ocean that is very close with an incredible beach. Everything was very clean and the host had INCREDIBLE communication, they always responded within 2 minutes. Very close to grocery stores and a Starbucks! We will be back!

We didn't get to do as much as we would have liked because we were busy with the event we attended. There was a minor issue but the host responded quickly and that really made things better. We'd like to return at some point and take more advantage of the property. We're grateful for such a great host.

The host paid special attention to our needs. I would highly recommend this place.
