Our stay has been great! Room is clean and comfortable. Sue at the Tiki bar is great! She is friendly and helpful! We have used the shuttle to and from Cocoa Pier a number of times and Big Ray is awesome! We also enjoy the convenience of the Makai Snack Shack!

Great pool area, fantastic for kids. Lots of entertainment... and cool Tiki bar. Anything you need they are happy to get it for you. Even a couple security guards roaming the property. Very well run!

Property itself was well located with nice staff and great room layouts. The sales job upon check in was less than ideal. Understand it’s a time share property but even when we said no thanks she said she had to keep going because it’s her job. Bartender by the pool was sweet and helpful. The shuttle to the pier was also a great perk. Would stay here again.

Its an old converted motel. Beach access was the best part, but that is it. Youll need to walk across the parking lot to get there, cross the main road, and then cross the next set of buildings parking lot. A short walk, but nothing glamorous. You will pay if you want to rent a beach chair or “umbrella” By the hour, or for an entire day. Sliding doors open only to the outdoor walkway, so if you want to be outside youll be sitting in the common area. Paper thin walls lets you hear everything outside and above you. Loud music plays until 10 pm and starts up at 9am. There was a distinct smell upon entering the room. While they upgraded floors, counters, and some appliances, you can tell a coat of paint was all they did to “upgrade” the rest. If you are a family with young kids, I would not recommend staying here. I encountered drunks walking around from the moment we arrived. For almost $350 a night, I expected much much more. Really glad I only had a one night stay.

Waterpark in photos doesn’t exist. Pros- spacious clean room, tiki bartender friendly and drinks and food good and affordable. My kids enjoyed the lazy River. Easy walk to the beach with rentable umbrellas and chairs Cons- didn’t realize it’s a timeshare property so you can’t go to your room until you talk with a second person. She was friendly and moved quickly as I think she knew I wasn’t interested. Big con was misrepresentation of photos on the web which included their waterpark. It’s really the only reason I booked this hotel as we could have found less expensive room nearby.
