Loved the location. Right by the beach and nice pool to give choice of where to hang. If you like golf the municipal course is a five minute drive and reasonable.

Over the years I've stayed with AFVC, this is clearly the best .... Accommodations were top notch and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful, cherry, gracious. Location was perfect, watched several launches and utilized the beach daily

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is family centered with access to a great pool and Cocoa Beach. Staff is friendly and the units are well maintained with washer and dryer in our unit. There is a one-room on site movie theater for guests. Many activities are available for guests and a game room. Beautiful location and great resort!

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is great. Boardwalk access to the beach. BEWARE of the Capital Vacations presentation. It's a SCAM Don't go! They tell you it's a 90-minute tour. They keep you for as long as they can. What they don't explain to you is that with every exchange, you must go on a 90-minute presentation to every resort you exchange to. They don't allow you to read their contract that you're signing. It a hurry up and sign! I was told that because Capital Vacations is now the management company of the Resort at Cocoa Beach, they wanted my opinion of the resort. That's not true! It's all lies. It costs $13,000 plus to become a member. Please be aware that this is a SCAM. Do not go to their presentation. Do not join Capital Vacations. Do stay at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. It's beautiful. Great staff, very accommodating.

After booking this resort thru American Airlines I wasn’t expecting much since the resort only had a 3 star rating. To our surprise the resort was perfect. Friendly staff, ultra clean rooms and amenities. Great pool area, private access to the beach, and of course Pickleball Courts. Close to everything restaurants , grocery stores and the cruise port. Will definitely visit this resort again.
