Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit

West
Nothing bad to say, the rooms are stunning and clean, the staff was very accommodating and kind. Beautiful property and many pools throughout the resort for ppl to use. I would come again My only wish is that there were more plates to accommodate the number of guests and utensils.
Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel

The location and the exterior of the hotel and lobby was great. Breakfast buffet had good selection. The room was a bit dated and blanket had some hidden stains. It was good for a short, one night stay near horseshoe bend and antelope canyon.
Los Abrigados Resort and Spa

Sedona is a wonderful place to visit. It is a tourist town and traffic reflects that. Spent almost a week there. The hiking and biking are great. Los Abrigados is a nice hotel resort. Very close to shopping and dining (all walking distance). The resort sits behind Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Room was nice. Quiet. Pool was nice. Did have a few little bugs running around the room but nothing major. Didn't really use any of the services at the resort because I was out on the trails everyday so that's why I give it 3/5. The staff I did encounter were friendly. I just hate spending an extra $26.50 per day for ”resort fee.”
El Portal Sedona Hotel

El Portal opened the door to time and brought us back to the old days. Snuggled on the sofa in front of the fireplace, listening to the fire blaring, watching the furnishings, oil paintings and crafts furnished around, fully relaxed and comfortable. Especially valuable is that I met the owner and his wife of the hotel, read the brochure written by the gentleman, and deepened my understanding and feelings here. Today we left with gratitude and full memories, and the good memories will live forever! It is recommended to read the brochure written by the male owner.
Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page Lake Powell

Absolute worst front desk staff! We arrived at 2 pm and decided to see if our room was ready before the 3 pm check in. There was NO ONE anywhere on the first floor. We called the hotel number and were told that check in was at 3 pm and they hung up on us. We returned at 6 pm and were given a room at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor. This room was a wheelchair accessible room (with a roll in shower) which we DEFINITELY did not ask for. (Why a wheelchair accessible room is located on the 3rd floor as far as possible from the elevator is another issue.) When we called down to the front desk to ask for a different room we were told there were no other standard queen rooms available but if we wanted a suite we could pay the difference to upgrade. When I said that I shouldn't have to pay the difference because they made the error I was told that they couldn't change our room because we booked it through Expedia and Expedia would have to make the room change. So the front desk cannot change rooms without Expedia's permission?? After 45 minutes and several calls from Expedia to the front desk we were given an upgraded room without the charge but we had to pay a $32 ”cleaning” fee for the room that we were incorrectly given and had been sitting in for 45 minutes. Our second morning there we arrived at breakfast at 9:28 am and were rudely told ”breakfast is over at 9:30” and the door was slid shut in our faces. We checked out at 10 am and again NO ONE was anywhere on the 1st floor. We left our key cards on the front desk and hoped they got them. The ONLY person who was somewhat nice to us was the young man cleaning rooms on our hall. He said ”hello” to us as we passed by. We did leave him a nice tip on checkout. We travel 5-6 times a year and we are Wyndham rewards members. We are returning to Page in the spring. We most definitely WILL NOT be staying at this Baymont.
Enchantment Resort
4.5/587 Reviews
LOVED this resort. Everyone we met who worked here was courteous, friendly and genuinely seemed to care about their job and our stay at the resort. The food at both restaurants on the property was some of the best we've ever had anywhere on vacation. Unmatched views of Sedona's red rocks. Absolutely lovely!
