There was a boil water alert while we were there. Nothing the hotel could do. They did provide us with bottle water.

The cleaning people open our doors when we never checking out at 9 am . I had to go complain to the front counter. Last time we stay their in August we didn’t have hot water. We where told when we came back they are going to give us extra discount. The girl in front counter replied by saying” you already getting them cheap so why you complain.

I called ahead to verify a working hot tub. I was told yes, they had one and it works. Of course when I got there it was ice cold. Lying to guests just to get them to reserve a room is bad business.

Website to preregister is screwed up, staff in breakfast room sloppy and didn’t have on shoes, just socks and none had any greeting…friendly or otherwise and no smiles! Breakfast offerings were poor and scant, coffee lukewarm!

One of the friendliness places I've stayed at. One of the better sleeps I've had as well. Bethany was so helpful when I had made a mistake in my reservation. Was so refreshing to have someone so helpful and understanding. Best Western has made traveling and staying easier with our pets. Most Brands charge more for our pets than for us to stay. We try to stay at Best Westerns when available.

I called on Friday morning, asked if the pool & hot tub were operational. Was told they would be on Saturday. Arrived at 2pm on Saturday to a sign that read “pool down for maintenance”. Very disappointing to the kids. Stayed here once before this year and had the same problems. Won’t stay here again
