Booked 3 rooms with regal inn. Showed up & found the beds were covered with urine, skin, hair, dirty floors. The rooms beds were only made, not cleaned! Asked for a refund & only got 1 room refunded since our 3rd party hasn’t checked into his room yet. We lost $140 on the day of a family funeral!! Dont do business here, dude is crazy shady and sleezy! He is the owner and refused to help, walked away from me as I was cordially reasoning with him why we didn’t want to stay in a dump. I’m an easy going guy, but his rooms were beyond filth. Scumbag owner 😎
