Thank goodness I risked going without taking into account the negative comments! It's a 10 spa and I know a few. INCREDIBLE organization, VERY GOOD facilities, ACCEPTABLE restoration since there is a great assor**ent and it is difficult for there not to be something that you like, staff EVERYONE absolutely EVERYONE more than a 10. Don't think about it and if you have the opportunity visit it, the environment is beautiful and very Entertaining, in addition, super well signposted for walks or routes. Every day there is animation that you may like more or less. Ah, the normal thing is that you have the car at the door, very comfortable.

It was difficult for us to find the room since it is in the middle of the mountain, old but with all the services. The spa was very good, the only thing you have to go outside to go to the room, we were wet with the bathrobe and it was cold. Very good breakfast. With better weather we will return.

The photos do not correspond to reality. The facilities are quite deteriorated. It is more of a retirement home than a spa. As a spa, it only has the boiling hot spring that is preserved. The thermal circuit is also very aged, everything is poorly maintained. The walls are moldy and the circuit is quite basic, they plug it in for 45 minutes and then it turns off. I don't know if it were cheaper, it seems good to you, you can rest but it needs improvements such as the food, which is an open buffet but of poor quality. The staff is very nice and people would also repeat but paying less and with some renovations.

We were there last year and we have repeated this for ten days, we like it and you relax, with some massages with the "physio" Mercedes who leaves you feeling new and the bathrooms are 45', with all the jets and otherwise everything is good in general, One problem with some pillow being too thin, but you put two and it's solved.

The rooms that are not renovated look like they are from an old and neglected hostel but with an exorbitant price. Very old and stained floors. Toilet with average smell and the shower causes part of the room to flood.

Appalling. Nothing to do with the advertising they do. I don't patch it. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I would not go back. The facilities do not correspond to the category. Traveling with my partner we were disappointed.
