Lovel Hôtel this is how it should be done friendly staff Clean rooms are lovey style and cold air con Food is great good choice Two bars the rooftop one has great views and they sometimes have live music Ground floor rooms you get a lovely garden Staff are helpful and very friendly

We stayed here for my son’s wedding and the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the concierge staff. I also had a spa visit with Alison who was lovely. The rooftop bar was a perfect setting to have a cocktail and watch the sunset too. My only comment would be if the bar staff were more attentive as they seemed quite slow at times, and not when it was busy which I would have understood.

This is a very special place in the heart of Cognac. You are walking distance to the main Cognac houses but you feel like you are in a very sophisticated resort. Everything is stunning, the gardens , the rooms, the spa & pool, the restaurant and the bar. It is a real gem! The service is impeccable and the activities offered by the hotel are fun such as the vintage car that you can take to have a picnic in the vineyards.

Deuxième séjour dans ce superbe établissement. La réhabilitation des anciens chais est vraiment réussie: mélange d'ancien et de moderne version industrielle. Il faut remarquer la poutraison de toute beauté, laissée apparente dans certaines chambres et dans les espaces communs ou les restaurants. Bois anciens, pierre calcaire et acier Corten pour un résultat splendide! Le luxe ici est aussi dans les volumes: rien d'étriqué, tout est vaste. Chambres, allées, restaurants et même l'espace piscine! Un rêve que de profiter de cette très grande piscine dans laquelle on peut réellement faire des longueurs... Tout le personnel est souriant et très professionnel, que ce soit à la réception, au service en chambre ou aux restaurants. La porte des chambres est lourde à ouvrir mais elle est garante d'une excellente insonorisation. Les couleurs et matières des vastes, voire très vastes, chambres nous invitent au lâcher-prise. La literie est d'excellente qualité avec plusieurs tailles d'oreillers ( et même un coussin pour nos pieds!) , belles matières et beau linge. Les toilettes sont séparées et avec lave-mains et les salles d'eau disposent d'une grande douche. Tout les nécessaires à café et autres boissons chaudes sont astucieusement cachés dans un placard avec le mini-bar et le coffre. Et il y a aussi une grande penderie. What else? ... Même le parking est grand! :) Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai dans ce lieu magnifique!

cadeau de nos 4 enfants pour Noel. Nous avons passé un petit week end parfait. Au restaurant la Distillerie nous avons très bien mangé. Encore merci pour toutes vos petites attentions, comme l'œuf de Pâques offert au départ. Nous attendons un petit retour du ou d'un des chefs par rapport aux flyers que nous avons laissé à l'accueil. La perfection se trouverait-t’elle à Cognac ? -Nous avons séjourné durant 2 jours avec ma compagne et cela fut un week-end exceptionnel. L’établissement est extraordinaire et les équipes le sont tout autant. La suite est absolument parfaite ! La décoration, le confort, l’odeur tout y est pour que cela soit parfait ! -Nous avons déjeuné à la brasserie et cela fut très bon, foie gras en entrée suivie de 2 saumons et 1 baba au rhum pour madame. Le service était top, les équipes souriantes. Très bon travail de la direction également qui dirige le restaurant de manière exemplaire. Rien à redire tout est parfait et nous comptons réitérer l’expérience très rapidement. -Pour clôturer notre séjour l’espace détente a su nous accueillir avec passion. La piscine est superbe, le calme de l’espace fait rêver. Un gros plus à cet établissement ! Nous nous impatientons d’y retourner ! La ville de Cognac aura enfin trouvé l’adresse qu’elle mérite tant depuis des d’années..

Nous avons séjourné à l'Hôtel Chai Monnet pour notre anniversaire ! Tout a été parfait, de la réservation jusqu'au départ. En plus d'un lieu exceptionnel, l'ensemble du personnel est au niveau de ce qui se fait de mieux dans l'hôtellerie de luxe. Nous avons testé la piscine, la salle de sport, la brasserie, le petit déjeuner, à chaque fois que nous arrivions dans un nouveau lieu, nous étions sous le charme tant par la propreté que par le service. Je recommande cet hôtel ++++++
