El servicio mal. Se nos pincho una llanta del vehículo y nadie nos pudo ayudar. La recepción nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada. Ni el mas minimo esfuerzo por ayudar al huésped dentro de las instalaciones.

It is easy access from the highway. There is a lot of green around but few places to buy provisions or restaurants nearby.
The staff is fine but the restaurant service is minimum and does not adapt to Travellers needs.

buena atención en general, solo problema en la calefacción que estaba apagada y bloqueda.
otro punto fue en el desayuno, nos movieron a una mesa aparte porque según tenian las mesas listas para el almuerzo y no se podía sentar en ellas, cosa que no decia en ningún lado.

This hotel provided excellent service during our recent stay after backpacking in Cerro Castillo National Park. Esteban was particularly accommodating when we arrived and helped us arrange for transport in the local area. The hotel is about a mile from the center of Coyhaique, so it takes about 20 minutes to walk or 3-5 minutes to drive to the town center to get to most shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel room was large and comfortable, modern, and clean, and we appreciated having a bathtub and shower with great water pressure after several days of trekking.
