The property is OK, having car parking facilities as hotel is in market area but it was not so clean, fan was dirty and pillow cover seems not replaced from last used. Room was small considering the amount paid around /night for a couple with 1 infant. mentioned dental kit & toiletries but they nothing provided in dental kit. When asked to provide these things, they provided only 2 small soaps & towel. They accepted for 3 hrs late checkout after so much discussions and requests. No any in-house kitchen/restaurant or food/tea not available, either u can ask service boy to get something from outside or u can easily get food outside of hotel. My mistake to paid this much amount for this hotel.

The rooms are shabby - tiles broken, bathroom fixtures broken, no measures taken for mosquitoes. Restaurant is not functional. Poor value for money.

Stay at chanma international was much unexpectedly bad. Morning front office reception person was soooo pathetic. While the receptionist next morning was helpful his name is mr. Jebi. The hotel has to be well maintained with toilet and stuff. No towels, no soaps and not even water jug was provided. We had to ask for every thing. The check-in time was 12. We were at the place by 1:30. The room wasn't ready and he then had gone to keep the toilet ready. A phenol smell was pathetic band couldn't use hot water either for bath

It was great. They allow me to check in early at 7 am. The staff's behaviour was good. Overall it was a perfect hotel.

Rooms were substandard with unclean bathroom. No proper room service. Room service asks the guests to come and collect from reception when asked for bedsheets or anything.
