I have Stay the hotel in one night.....and also arrived early check-in time before 15mits ..that's 11 45 am but the receptionist were hold on the check-in...the reason of not correct check in time .....that's ok the hotels procedure and room availability reason And I have Stayed some hours and close the room ...and also not stayed in after 6pm to next day morning 10am ...and I'll arrive again the room my room were opened I was really shocked and ask to the management they also shocked and enquire about what happened in yesterday night and say simple the new staff were opened and also the details were not refresh our system so the key is missing so only we are open that ...it's our misstake .....they said simple reason but it's not a simple think please check the management and working staffs be careful it's very affence to the customer ... totally the bad experience in this hotel the silly reason .....waste of money

Room are not clean no proper response from hotel reception should have been better for the cost paid for them

Service bad. And room is avarege. Not value for money. Located place is very helpfull listed amenties are not in tha hotel

Very good hotel. But only negative is the staffs can’t even get an answer from anybody except one or two. Restroom is little smelly. Landline did not work so need to go to reception for anything you want. Breakfast was good but no hospitality. I was charged for water bottles.

I saying the gowtham hotel excellent room i will order the pizza. Average food reception kind full helping housekeeping cleaning also good

Rooms were average with sticky floor, frequent power cuts. Staff were friendly and polite. Overall it is a good option for a night stay very near to airport.

Only positive thing about this hotel is near to airport & staff is also honest & they help us to book ride for ooty. But room was okay. Power cut at night

Washroom condition was not good management was too poor no water supply and toilet sheet was totally damaged

The location is ideal if you are visiting kmch. The breakfast is standard with limited choice. Although my delux double bed room is good size, there was leaking ceiling and no bed side switch to control lights. My booking came with either lunch or dinner included, i would suggest you don’t take that option. Very very limited veg only choice and it repeats every day and boring if you stay for couple of days.

Very worst response in reception staff, room not clean, very small size room, there was a broken bathroom window

Bathroom was not clean. The electric fitting do not work properly. Linen was also not clean.

Roommwas clean. Food taste was average. Staff were pleasant. Location is perfect with ample parking. Corridors were neat

I find this hotel by searching in make my trip app, also got the reasonable price, good location, car parking available, food and restaurant are good
